This is my first blog. and i felt that i had to write a post based on my experience today at ProfessioNail. I went there to get a manicure, its a new store in the meridian mall and my nails needed some tidying up. So i thought i gave it a try.
the store concept and layout made it seem real professional like its name. but oh NO! its run by vietnamese. first impression, as i walked in to my appointment... no one greeted me till like a minute standing around. and it wasnt like the were all busy, there were only 2 other customers and the other staff was just lazying around. i told the staff what i wanted to be done to my nails and so after waiting for 10minutes, the finally got the manicure started.
after 40 minutes, i wasnt satisfied!!!! the service was horrible, the staff kept chattering in vietnamese language and kept giving me glares. when my nails dried, she walked off and said "you go now".
Honestly.... they have such bad service! and although the are a bit cheaper than other manicurist in dunedin, its not worth it. terrible experience, rude staff and they are so NOT proffesional!
i cant believe thats how these "people" run their new business! how are they going to survive? and i would know because im a marketing student. and i advise others to not waste your money and dont bother to 'check it out'. i give this business -10 out of 10.

Well thats kinda rude for you to be saying that! "that it was runned by Vietnamese" I know they are hard workers and know alot more about beauty than you do! Don't be so ungreatful. so what if you had to wait for a min before being served, they got the job done and by the sound of things you were happy with it. Maybe next time you go in there you should think about them than yourself there only trying to work on you, you high maintanance snob!
And by the way if you're so unhappy, then why do you still give it 10 out of 10???
